Shipping Time

We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email once your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses.

Estimated delivery: 8-14 days.

Most orders arrive within 12 days.

*Customs clearance may cause slight delays in rare cases.

Returns & Refunds

Not happy with your order? Email us at support@omega-valenza.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.

In most cases you don't need to ship anything back. If your piece arrived damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you expected, we'll refund you in full or send a replacement — and you keep the original item.

Prefer something else instead? We'll swap it for any other piece on our website, free of charge.

We reply to every request within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Cancelling Order / Wrong Adress

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. Once an order enters our fulfilment system it is picked and packed automatically, so we cannot extend this window. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@omega-valenza.com

Taxes / Duties

While import duties or taxes happen on very rare occasions, in nearly all cases no duties or taxes are applied.
